As of October 14th, 2021 Trulieve has changed how long they will hold orders. In the past, it was 48 hours and many patients found that super helpful especially those who work long hours or get off work after Trulieve closes. Now since October 14th Trulieve will hold orders for 24 hours since the order time. While this is saddening to hear Trulieve does have the power to change their policies and rules. We believe it is because with the growing numbers of locations and constant sales they have it was becoming a pain to honor sales from 48 hours ago. The news is heartbreaking for many patients.

Depending on the Trulieve location you can still request an additional 24 hours by calling the Trulieve hotline at 844-878-5438 or going through the online chat. This can put you back to a 48 hold but the manager of the location needs to OK and depending on their inventory and how busy they are they might not allow for the additional hold.

How To Check Trulieve Order Status:

Checking the Trulieve order statues has changed a little bit since Trulieve changed up their website but is still very similar. There used to be a check order link on the top of the page but not anymore. Now you need to log in to the account that placed the order. Click on your name on the top, on the drop-down you can either click my orders or check order status.

Both take you to the same place where you can see a list of all your past Trulieve orders. Click on the most recent one or the one you want to track. Now it should have the order number and what products were ordered. Under the order number should be the status where it can say:

  • Delivery Orders

Order Received – We have received your order in our system and it will be worked on in the order it was received.
-In Progress – Your order is being worked on for delivery and you will be contacted to set a delivery date
-Fulfilled – Your order is completed and the delivery date is scheduled

  • Pick Up Orders

Order Received – We have received your order in our system and it will be worked on in the order it was received.
-In Progress – Your order is being worked on for pickup and you will be contacted when your order is ready
-Fulfilled – Your order is completed and ready for pick up
**Pick-up only locations: We will contact you to schedule a pickup time when your order is fulfilled. From the Trulieve website linked here

Also, check the confirmation email they sent you which should have a link where you can track the order. For pick-up orders, you should receive an email/text saying the order is ready for pick-up. For deliveries, they usually call an hour beforehand to let you know they are on the way and what time to expect them. If you still don’t receive any kind of texts/email/phone call at least four hours after placing the order call or chat with the customer support team so they can help you. Make sure to have your order number handy.
