The information gathered was through the Trulieve online chat via their website. I have blacked out the customer support representative’s name for privacy reasons. As they say” Thank you for choosing Trulieve! My name is blank. This chat is being documented for quality assurance and training purposes. Pick-up orders take up to 3 hours to bag depending on the order queue and are held for 48 hours from the time they are filled, after that the items in the order are placed back on the shelf. You can request an extra 24 hours if needed through chat or by calling 844-878-5438.”.

This conversation took place on 5/3/21 and do note that Trulieve has the power to change this policy of time an order is held for. But at this time as told by a Trulieve customer support rep, they will hold orders for 48 hours. Something new we learned is that you can request an additional 24 hours on an order by calling the customer service number or chatting through the website. Super nice of them to offer that for those with busy schedules.

How To Check Trulieve Order Status:

Checking the Trulieve order statues has changed a little bit since Trulieve changed up their website but is still very similar. There used to be a check order link on the top of the page but not anymore. Now you need to log in to the account that placed the order. Click on your name on the top, on the drop-down you can either click my orders or check order status.

Both take you to the same place where you can see a list of all your past Trulieve orders. Click on the most recent one or the one you want to track. Now it should have the order number and what products were ordered. Under the order number should be the status where it can say:

  • Delivery Orders

Order Received – We have received your order in our system and it will be worked on in the order it was received.
In Progress – Your order is being worked on for delivery and you will be contacted to set a delivery date
Fulfilled – Your order is completed and a delivery date is scheduled

  • Pick Up Orders

Order Received – We have received your order in our system and it will be worked on in the order it was received.
In Progress – Your order is being worked on for pickup and you will be contacted when your order is ready
Fulfilled – Your order is completed and ready for pick up

Also, check the confirmation email they sent you which should have a link where you can track the order. For pick-up orders, you should receive an email/text saying the order is ready for pick-up. For deliveries, they usually call an hour beforehand to let you know they are on the way and what time to expect them. If you still don’t receive any kind of texts/email/phone call at least four hours after placing the order call or chat with the customer support team so they can help you. Make sure to have your order number handy.
